We were recommended Brendan as we needed our buildings communal corridor refurbished and redecorated. Brendan did an amazing job and everyone in the building is over the moon with the results, very professional and great person to deal with. Since then Brendan has been our go to person, he’s done work re-tiling some outdoor steps, fitted an internal door and a few other bits.

I have an excellent working relationship with Brendan Cross of Central Hove Property Maintenance, and on every occasion he has done work for me he has been most reliable, and once a plan and programme of work has been agreed, he starts on time and sees the job through to completion. He is a clear, calm and articulate communicator, very professional, polite and thorough in his work ethic and he has a well-thought-through approach to projects. Most importantly he takes a pride in his work and the finished product has always been to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Brendan Cross and his company for any form of property related maintenance work.
