When you send an enquiry, we ask for your name, email, postcode, the service and a description of the work; a phone number is optional. When you request a visit, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, property address and a description of the work.

What happens to the information?

Your details are saved in this website’s private management area so we can respond to your enquiry, manage appointments and prepare your quote. They are available through the private management area, not on the public appointment calendar.

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Enquiry and booking details are stored using its hosted database service. After agreeing your visit, our team manually adds the relevant details to ServiceM8 to manage the work. There is no automatic calendar sync or email marketing subscription. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the project description.
